Intense cardio & muscular endurance workout that is self paced.   This can be as intense as burning 800 calories per session or a comfortable ride in   the countryside! Limit of 26 participants.

Gym 4 Kids is a group fitness program designed especially   for KIDS! Strength, cardio, muscle and hand-eye coordination... All this and more is   what your kids get from Gym 4 Kids!

A great class to increase Bone Mineral Density. The exercises   undertaken in this class are designed to have an effect on reducing bone loss and   increasing bone mass. The exercises will include Weight Bearing, Resistance   Training, Strength Training and Balance Training/Improving Posture.

Oxigeno is the ultimate class to   reward the mind and body. This low impact class developing balance, flexibility and   strength is a combination of Yoga, Feldenkrais, Pilates and Tai Chi.

Teen Bootcamp is fantastic for all   Teenagers. Get them off the lounge and from behind the computer screen and down to Shapes Health Club for a fun filled, military style work out!

Ki-Max is the ultimate boxing style workout. Partner up with   up to four people for this fun packed, hard hitting, calorie munching workout!

StrikeZone is THE ULTIMATE cardiovascular   and body conditioning workout! You burn MEGGA calories as you work your   cardiovascular system by performing martial arts moves to music. StrikeZone also   uses weights for an extra core training and body toning effect!

You haven't done a barbnell workout until you've done POWER!   POWER takes barbell group fitness to a whole new level, merging traditional Personal   Training theory with popular group fitness class formats!

A combination of advanced choreography and athletic step moves.   The perfect mix of a fun all round step workout to provide you with the results you   are looking for.

ZUMBA is at Shapes Health Club. The best part about this   fantastic and dynamic dance workout is that, like all our group fitness classes, it   is FREE FOR MEMBERS!

 

Biggest Loser Weight Loss
